Contract and prepayment
For the participant, the registration gets binding as soon as the organizer receives the booking form. At the same time a prepayment of 50€ has to be paid. For the organizer, the booking contract gets binding by sending a confirmation of reservation back to the applicant.
Services
The price includes the announced website services. Any other agreements require a specific written confirmation of the organizer. The announced services as a whole or partially are subject to change.
Declaration of Health of the Participant
By signing the contract, the legal representative or another authorized person (of the under-aged participant) gives permission to the participant to take part in sport activities. The participant expressly declares that there are no doubts as to his/her participation in Surfing from a medical point of view. If in doubt see and check your doctor in advance.
Liability
The minimum age requested for participating in any course is 18 years. If the paticipant is of minor age special arrangements can be made with his parents. In this case please contact us: info(at)surfventure.com.
Every activity in and outside the water is on the own risk of the participant. A private health insurance is recommended. Any adverse effects or non-agreements need to be communicated to the organizer in written form.
The rented or provided equipment should be used correctly and with care. In the case of negligent or willful damage or loss of any belongings, the participant shall be liable for any damage or loss occurred.
Although Peniche is one of the consistent wave spots in Europe there can be no insurance of big swell or waves in the booked period. The organizer is not liable or responsible for any small swell, for any misfortunes, obstructions of traffic, weather conditions and delays.
Cancellation/Travel Expense Return
Cancellation of any bookings can be made by written declaration at any time. The cancellation is valid as of the date received by the organizer. In the case of cancellation the following fees are applicable: Up to 60 days prior to date of arrival 10% of the total Booking amount, up to 30 days prior to date of arrival 25% of the total Booking amount, up to 14 days prior to date of arrival 50% of the total Booking amount, up to 7 days prior to date of arrival 75% of the total Booking amount, up to 3 days prior to date of arrival 90% of the total Booking amount, afterwards and in case of non-appearance 100% of the total Booking price. A replacement participant is possible. In this case as in the case of any reservation changes an administration fee of 10 Euro has to be paid.
Invalidity of particular regulations
The invalidity of particular regulations of the travel contract or of the terms and conditions do not imply the invalidity of the entire contract.
Insurances
Travel cancellation insurance is not included in the price.
